The Women’s Auxiliary Board Members held a delightful “Wine Social” for The Danish Home of Chicago’s residents and their families on Sunday, January 28, 2024 from 2 PM – 4 PM in The Danish Home’s dining room. Instead of the regular Sunday Coffee Hour, participants enjoyed various wines, coffee, tea, soda or water, in addition to a delicious fruit platter, cheese tray and chocolates. The purpose of the event was for the Auxiliary Board Members to get to know the residents and their family members better. Founded in 1958, the Women’s Auxiliary works for the social well-being of The Danish Home residents. New members are always welcome.
